The nurses were great and tried their best but this hospital stay was ridiculous. I was supposed to get pain meds every 3 hours, by the time I would get them it was more like every 4-5 hours and me asking multiple times. I broke my wrist in two places, my hip and femur so I was in excruciating pain. I never got my food hot, they decided for me multiple times what I wanted so make sure you tell them not to house select for you. Passive aggressive operator. I called started joking around a bit because I was told I'd have to call on Monday the operator got kind of passive aggressive with me and said goodbye in the middle of what I was saying I called back to confirm whether or not it was the same operator cuz they sound familiar they confidently told me that it was them and pass me along to the manager not caring. I love this hospital. I don’t trust any other hospital to care for myself or my children. Everytime I’ve gone I have had nothing but the best staff. And care team. The birthing unit an mother baby was absolutely hands down amazing. They took such good care of me and my son in 2020. I recently was in the ER and I had my 6 year old with me. The nurses were patient with him, teaching him how to do things while tests were being done on me. It was a great visit. Very professional and caring staff
Exceptional service and friendly staff.
Treated me with out consent or medical records had an allergic reaction an now in touch with an lawyer I plan on taking legal action
