Judy (hygienist) was very rough on us while removing our plaque (our previous dentist's hygienist wasn't rough) & caused my husband's gums to bleed & our jaws were sore for days. As new patients we don't want to come back but I have to for a filling.

Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Did the waiting room furniture appear to be clean? Yes Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great Does the provider's staff maintain a professional appearance? Definitely yes

Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

Did this provider show attention to detail? No, I was afraid they were going to forget something important Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Dr. Scott and his group do an excellent job keeping my mouth clean and in tip-top shape. I have been using them for about 15 years and am extremely satisfied by not only their quality of work, but also their reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs to have dental work done or just a check up and cleaning.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. He is more respected by his staff. They were happy to answer each and every question I had. They also encouraged me to call if I need any more answers in the future. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
