We lived here for a number of years and in that time watched the building decline and become uncared for. There is never a manger on site, and the building is in poor condition. #101 is an amazing spot, large living space with lawn access & immediate access to the laundry room, mail room as well as multiple exits. The basement common room suits up to 20 with a nice pool table too. Staff, security & leasing agents or property managers are always working hard, making time and listening to fix up any tenant concerns. I see the cleaning & maintenance staff 3-6 times per week as I get my morning coffee. Named Ben, he has smashed an object onto another, has used violence against other people outside of the apartment and has shown aggression even towards me.
