3rd Edit: Nothing changes in this building, the whole place is a mess. I see the cleaner wiping down the front door once or twice a week but not much else gets any attention. The lifts have been a disgrace all week, the floor is filthy, and if you live above the second floor don’t expect the hall ways to be cleaned. As for the laundry room can’t say the last time I saw anyone clean the machines! What was once a decent building is now just mess, even the manager stays away for as long as possible. So happy when my lease ends.... read more
If you’re looking to pay $90 a month for a parking spot only to find drug paraphernalia left there — and then have to wait three days for it to be cleaned up — welcome to Randal House. Disappointing and unacceptable.
I have had a great experience so far in this apartment. The environment is quiet, clean, and safe. The management team is very attentive and always helpful. The neighbors are also kind and respectful. I am very happy living here and would definitely recommend it!
2nd Edit: I can honestly say I’ve never seen this building look so dirty! Gone are the days when the old manager took pride in the building and would often pick up a mob & bucket and clean the place. The new manager hardly ventures out of the office (the door is shut most of the time) let alone clean up. Just goes to show how important a good manager is to a building, I’m so glad I’m leaving soon. Edit: It’s been a few weeks since the former site manager was removed so it’s enough time to revisit my thoughts on the changes. ... read more
