#101 is an amazing spot, large living space with lawn access & immediate access to the laundry room, mail room as well as multiple exits. The basement common room suits up to 20 with a nice pool table too. Staff, security & leasing agents or property managers are always working hard, making time and listening to fix up any tenant concerns. I see the cleaning & maintenance staff 3-6 times per week as I get my morning coffee. Named Ben, he has smashed an object onto another, has used violence against other people outside of the apartment and has shown aggression even towards me. Welcome to boardwalk !! If you enjoy your car being broken into multiple times and your insurance for your car doubling because of constant damage then this is the building for you !!! Maybe you enjoy your underwear / bras stolen from the shared laundry that residents treat as their own personal laundry machines …. 3rd Edit: Nothing changes in this building, the whole place is a mess. I see the cleaner wiping down the front door once or twice a week but not much else gets any attention. The lifts have been a disgrace all week, the floor is filthy, and if you live above the second floor don’t expect the hall ways to be cleaned. As for the laundry room can’t say the last time I saw anyone clean the machines! What was once a decent building is now just mess, even the manager stays away for as long as possible.
