Dr. Djendou has been my PCP for several years now and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. She LISTENS and makes me feel heard. I don't like taking all the different shots for Covid, flu, pneumonia, shingles, etc; but she never makes me feel bad about it. She tells me why I should but doesn't badger me when I decline. Have been a patient of Dr.Randa for years now. Will definitely recommend her for anyone. She is very competent and caring.
Wow, I wish I would have read the reviews about Randa Djendou prior to the visit. It was a disappointing visit with her. The things stated that were addressed were not, which caused billing errors. I would NOT recommend her as a primary care physician. She’s not about improving health, but how much she can get from a visit.
Is not available for me when I have special concerns. Deflects as many of my issues to specialists, as possible. Reads my medical history just before she comes into exam room to see me.
