This company is not a good company to go for contractors General liability insurance. I forgot to fill out one renewal notice and they decided it’s their policy to not work with me again. Unless you are perfectly organized, I highly suggest not going with them. I am floored by Scott Anderson, I have now spoken with 3 new companies and they all said the same contractors are not great at doing paperwork and to just drop a person whose never had a claim is pretty low. Previous People's Insurance Agency, but same people! Zero customer service, very bad communication, and no assistance. We experienced multiple issues, such as raising premiums without any notification or opportunity to dispute them, two times! They jeopardized our business by inaccurately reporting our payments several times, even when using autopay. This happened three times, leading to pending cancellation notices.
