Called the on call number as the office is refusing to fill my daughter’s insulin. The office will not get her in for weeks. Did not receive a call back, so after 2 hours I called back and was told that Dr. Rand would not fill it either and she can go to an urgent care. I will be looking into malpractice for this entire office.
Dr Rand and his staff have always provided excellent care. He has an excellent bedside manner and makes sure all of my questions are answered. I never feel rushed and, under his management, have reduced my A1C from 11 something down to 7.1. He is knowledgeable and his staff is warm, friendly and professional.
Dr. Rand is an excellent endocrinologist, great bedside manner and very knowledgeable in his area of practice. The support staff is also great at this practice and it’s a rare gem. Usually you get a great doctor and lousy support staff or great support staff and not such a great doctor and this practice is great all around!
Dr. Rand and his staff are amazing! I am so thankful for his care & willingness to figure out this lifetime journey together. I never feel rushed or unimportant: he takes the time to ask how you are, not just the medical side of things.
He takes time and is very patient and understanding. I finally feel some positive progress.
