Dr. Rand and his staff are the best, the team works well together and they provide great customer service. Dr. Rand is very caring and takes his time with his patients. I wish him the best in his future, and wish him a happy retirement.

Called the on call number as the office is refusing to fill my daughter’s insulin. The office will not get her in for weeks. Did not receive a call back, so after 2 hours I called back and was told that Dr. Rand would not fill it either and she can go to an urgent care. I will be looking into malpractice for this entire office.
Dr Rand and his staff have always provided excellent care. He has an excellent bedside manner and makes sure all of my questions are answered. I never feel rushed and, under his management, have reduced my A1C from 11 something down to 7.1. He is knowledgeable and his staff is warm, friendly and professional.
