We had our wedding at the Rand-Bryan house this year. The main thing that sold us on the house other than its beauty was Martha. Martha worked with us and gave great advice. She allowed us to see the house a couple of times to see how we wanted things set up. She even came to the rehearsal to see if we needed anything. She also gave a helping hand with out hesitation. If I could do it all over again, I would do the Rand-Bryan house again! The house is beautiful, simple, with southern charm!

Perfect place for a wedding! The staff was great to work with and the site was very charming. It would be a vendor's dream since it was easy to load in and out, plus not hard to find! One question I did have though was what is their capacity for a seated dinner?
OK ya'll I want to get married again. Rand-Bryan House is a gorgeous venue for all special occasion events. Loved working with Martha for our style shoot, and the house and grounds are just perfect. Beautiful, spacious and oh so timeless. Thank you Martha can't wait to work with you all soon.
Beautiful venue! We attended Raven and Demetrius Edwards wedding yesterday! The landscaping, house, and scenery was breathtaking. Very accommodation for guests. Hope to attend other events here in the future!
