Cassie (and honestly all of the DR Horton team we worked with) was the kindest and most professional sales rep I have ever worked with. She not only worked with her team to get us an interest rate special that had expired earlier in the month, but she promptly addressed any of our concerns, responded in a timely manner, and took genuine interest in our family. We were grateful to work with her!!

From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. My sales agent, Abi, went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. She even accommodated a last-minute request to let me into the home to take measurements prior to closing, and she provided photos of multiple models of the floor plan I was purchasing, which really helped me visualize my future home. I can't believe they are here now. I worked in Houston for several years. The company I worked for was selling them all Keylocks and Bathroom products. Everyday our delivery drivers got cursed over and over. We also had a great installation man. Always awesome. But, speaking on the phone to contractors they were usually pissed off.
