Was told bye I assume management that this park has a strict policy of no ducks allowed in park while working on a landscape project Was told to remove the duck from property immediately and when I told them he is my service animal they said I needed to go. Heck of a way to treat the handicap ♿️

This place is a rip off, if you are trying to move here save your money, they charge $66.00 for each application to live there, spent $132.00 for my Mom and I for approval, (which we never heard back from them if we were), we then found out that our financial wouldn't allow the high lot rent ($800),I contacted the company that does the application for them to see if I could get a refund, they told me they don't collect the funds for the application, that Rancho does, ( which on bank statement it show Rancho as the company th... read more

This place sucks owned by a big corporation who is all about getting the max profit. They are raising the fees as fast as They can. They could care less about the residents who live there on fixed incomes. They even charge you to send a monthly bill.
