RecommendedI have never worked with a more friendly staff in any industry, anywhere. Each member of the Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital staff has made it their job to get to know Coda personally and make her as comfortable as possible. Nobody likes going to the vet, but this team (and their jar of healthy treats) helps make it easy. Coda would give them "five paws."

Dr. Eckstein & team are truly the best I have ever dealt with. Our dogs are our family and they treat them the same. She takes the time to get to know you and the animal, and going forward always spends time with the animal each visit. She never tries to upsell you like I’ve experienced with other vets, and I trust everything she says. Her staff always goes above and beyond.
We absolutely love this place! They are always thorough, comforting and give the best care. Recently, my pup had surgery there and I received calls nearly every morning and evening to check in and offers to help however possible. I always receive options for care, with budget in mind, so I never feel obligated or pressured. We highly recommend Rancho Viejo Animal Hospital!

My pups love the girls here.... The vet came into our room yesterday and she just sat on the floor with Pepe and played with him and checked him out.... They are so good with them!
I've been taking my Australian Cattle Dog, Logan, here for a while now. He has a couple of undetermined lumps at the moment. He's 9 years old now. When they took him back for testing, I just completely lost it. Caroline, from the front check-in area, told me the docs would take great care of him. I sat down, holding his leash, freaked out. 20 mins later she came out and apologized for not sitting with me, but explained that she was in the back holding his paw while he had the tests performed.
