Maintenance is aways quick and well done.
As someone who was seriously considering moving here, I’d be cautious. After doing some research, I’ve seen multiple concerns about frequent management changes (three times in a few years) and high turnover with maintenance staff. That makes me question how consistently repairs are handled.
