Wonderful quiet complex, great apartments. I wish we had a renovated apartment, that would be my only complaint as the building is older and has very old appliances provided. The maintenance staff are extremely responsive and have helped in most scenarios. Parking is good, I would recommend that the gate encloses the entire parking lot to prevent car theft, but it is gated within the apartments and that adds to an overall feeling of safety.

Rancho Verde is just a lovely place to live! The units are quite affordable and extremely clean. In the time I’ve been here, not one pest has been seen. As for the negative reviews; I just laugh. People post nonsense about management, the pool, rates, and finally mold that honestly seems to only be user error after they willingly share the photos of the “problems” existing in their space. If you’re dirty, bugs and mold will surely be there - this would still be true even in a luxury condo. It’s just common sense (haha). Anyw... read more
