needs better landscapers, needs more attentive people to run and manage the park. ground work NEEDS to be updated because whenever it rains, the smallest amount of water causes the whole park to flood and its getting ridiculous.

There is not enough parking available and they fine($45) anyone parking improperly. They have made no effort to provide adequate parking. They allow businesses to operate in residences, even if those businesses distribute and probably store toxic chemicals.
