Not happy. Useless ultrasound, and not given any pain med prescription that I desperately needed. The doctor could care less
All the nurses on the staff and the doctors were so attentive. I ended up just having a simple infection but every time a team member on my care team passed me, they'd check on me. They were super busy but the staff cared a lot and was working super hard to take care of us in a timely manner. David was my nurse and he was arguably the best. He was multitasking but I never felt like it. He was attentive and his bed side manner matched my energy.
All the staff were outstanding, my nurse Shannon was outstanding. The only thing I was disappointed in was the most uncomfortable bed.
last time i went, instead of the doctor listening to what i needed and looking at my chart, i was denied the only medication that helps me, and sent home in no better condition after 4+ hours. extremely frustrating.
Good experience considering why I was there! I was disappointed that my file was not updated.
