I felt that the admitting nurse don’t know her name was just mean and cold hearted especially when someone is enduring so much pain. I could not be admitted until I was 5cm which I think was not fair most hospitals allow you to be admitted at 3-4cm. The nurse refused to check me and tried gas lighting me into what I was feeling about my own body. The staff was very professional and efficient. They were proficient in keeping me informed of what my course of care would be. Registration was very streamlined and quick. The Security guard Dominic Ward, MRI Tech Eliseo Grandarilla, Kelly PA and Ana RN were very attentive. Made a great experience even for discharge. I would highly recommend Rancho Springs.

I do understand that all ER’s in the IE are busy and crowded most of the time, but I have a big time complaint is from a father who came in ambulance bringing my 28 year old daughter who’s suffering from epilepsy and had six seizures in a row falling flat unconscious on the kitchen floor hitting her head and lower back, arriving at Rancho Springs at 4:30pm in extreme/ severe pain and when she was examined by a female doctor named McCourt I I had a bad feeling about this immediately she just examined my daughter in the most c... read more
