My spouse was admitted to the ER last July and it was a truly horrible experience. We had to visit the ER a total of 3 times because of a lack of care and understanding from the ER team. They only focus on treating the symptoms and getting you out as soon as possible. The OBGYN doctor Valdivia was not friendly and very unhelpful. He showed no empathy whatsoever for each visit. Whoever does the staffing for nurses deserves accolades. The resident and visiting nurses were caring, empathetic, and professional. This hospital was so helpful and so professional from the moment I stepped in the entrance, to the day I departed. I will forever be grateful and thankful to the amazing group of people that took such exceptional care of me during my stay. I appreciate every single one of you as I had so many interactions. I wish I could remember everyone’s names because each one of you had a significant part in my recovery. I recommend this hospital to everyone. They made me feel safe and well cared for. 😊
The Nurses were amazing and soo attentive and sincere! I loved the OR nurses they were soo nice made me feel comfortable and informed about my surgery!
