I have been living here just over 5 years! My daughter lived here for a few years in her own unit. Also my friend lived here. (They didn’t move because of the community) If you’re looking for a VERY safe community, this is definitely it! I sleep with my windows open at night, with no worries. At times my door is unlocked, no worries. Ppl walk thru community at night, no problem. I don’t hear of any bugs in apartments, either. I don’t understand how tenants that have been here for years are paying more than people that are just coming! Maintenance runs this place, NOT management! They don’t wanna do something, and they won’t! Work orders keep being closed without being done! (I have conversed with MANY others that live here) For it to keep happening, there is no way that they are being held accountable for this!! YES! The management knows!! One maintenance man doesn’t even speak when he comes in to fix anything! Most washers in the laundry rooms a... read more

After Apartment Searching through the valley i stumbled across ranch sierra & it was amazing, management and the employees are amazing & friendly, the pricing is amazing compared to anywhere i saw! Everyone in the complex is really friendly as well! For my first apartment it is a great starter place!
Rancho Sierra is friendly, affordable, well -maintained and safe. It is a great value for the price. As an apartment dweller, for the past 32 years, Rancho Sierra is one of the best values in north Phoenix. It is also scross the street from North Canyon High School, a block from Shea Middle School, and 2 blocks from Desert Cove Elementary School.
