Lived here for almost 3 years and had an overall good experience. In a good area, affordable and the office and maintenance staff are very friendly. Other residents were cool. Dog friendly, there was ample space with grass and doggie bags and trash cans everywhere. I felt safe living there, packages were never stolen if left at your door. It is an older building so it did come with some problems, things would break pretty often but maintenance was pretty quick to fix. I’ve lived here for six years with my daughters and have always felt safe. It’s close to the 51, making it easy to get anywhere, but not close enough for the noise of traffic, The office staff and maintenance crew are all wonderful people, very helpful and prompt when needed. I highly recommend living here if you want an apartment you can make feel like a home.
Rancho Sierra apartment complex is one of the nicest apartment complexes. I have lived since I’ve moved to Arizona back in 2010.
