Infestation We moved here 3 months ago and since moving in we have had both our vehicles broken into, the night security has been accused of breaking into storage units but that is still under investigation. We are asking to terminate our lease early over the lack of management. Currently we have been without ac for 2 days (middle of summer) and pending a response from management and also corporate (Franklin property management) save your money and skip Artsian and her sister properties. Bad apartments They seemed like nice apartments when they showed them to us. But when we moved in to ours it was dirty, smelled of smoke and had cockroaches everywhere including the dishwasher as well and that didn't even work either. Neighbors are loud no respect for others property kids running around with no respect for authority. Cops are here daily do not move here.

LOVE THESE APARTMENTS Absolutely love this apartment community. The office staff is great and are very helpful. Laurie and Christina always have a smile on their faces when I walk in the door and make us feel like this is our home and we can always come to them. The pool has been open all summer long and the new manager has done so many improvements. I wont be moving anytime.

needs upgrades bad Unit was in very poor condition upon move in. Office staff changed but only got worse. Roaches and ants galore. No treatments provided although repeatedly requested. Just terrible terrible terrible n

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! The layout of the apartment is very nice. But the apartment complex are INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!!! I CANNOT WAIT TILL MY LEASE IS OVER TO GET OUT OF HERE!! They supposedly have a good company that comes and sprays, it seems like water. Management doesn't do anything about this problem!! Now I know why rent is so cheap. But it isn't worth the headache I've had to deal with. Disgusting!!! Please take my word and keep looking.

Good Conditions for a Good Price This apartment is a very good apartment for it's price. The scenery is gorgeous, and the living conditions are clean and the water system is sanitary for cooking and other culinary uses. The toilets have good flushing strength, so that it is harder to back up the sewage systems. This apartment is not only affordable for the common man/woman, but it is also amazing for the price. This apartment should definitely be the standard for it's price range. ??

don't move here Management at these apartment complex are rude. As soon as your rent is late their ready to kick you out. The kids out there have no respect for adults, other kids and people's cars. I wouldn't wish my worst enemies to live here.
