We toured with Sha and definitely sold us in on the apartment, amazing costumer service and such a great personality it was a plus! We visited sister properties and the moment we saw rancho serene it won us over! Centric and very beautiful. Update OCTOBER 2025. Sha is no longer with rancho serene, whoever is now is not great. Stephanie really went above and beyond for me, excellent customer service
This place is a great gem! It’s right off the freeway and there’s plenty of shopping centers around. My gym is down the street but they have a 24 hr gym on their property. The girls in the office were super nice. I spoke with Veronica and Stephanie and they gave me all the information that I needed for my move in October. Safe to say, I’ll be coming back and putting in my application. Thanks ladies!
Veronica and Stephanie are the best!!! They helped me get into an apartment and are always so kind and helpful!! The community is calm and quiet and the apartment is huge. 10/10!
