Five months in, and I’m getting really comfortable in both the area and this apartment complex. The location is great, right in the middle of everything and just minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. hasn’t fixed my boyfriends leaking roof for over 2 months and won’t respond to any emails about it and won’t even talk in person about the mold issue due to the leak. they won’t address the mold at all or have anyone come investigate! terrible management and communication.

We toured with Sha and definitely sold us in on the apartment, amazing costumer service and such a great personality it was a plus! We visited sister properties and the moment we saw rancho serene it won us over! Centric and very beautiful. Update OCTOBER 2025. Sha is no longer with rancho serene, whoever is now is not great. (aaliah and Veronica) I’m tired of having the same issue every month, they change my rent due making it impossible for my auto pay to occur.
