I used to rent from this place and I’m writing to say RENTERS BEWARE! The apartment I moved into was damaged, dirty, and a lot of things didn’t work. Keep in mind it was one of the unrenovated apartments so everything in the apartment was either broken of falling apart. Now that I’ve moved this place is saying I owe them money however will NOT send me an itemized invoice of the alleged damages. Nothing luxury about them, the manager and maintenance are incompetent! Stay away!
Five months in, and I’m getting really comfortable in both the area and this apartment complex. The location is great, right in the middle of everything and just minutes away from restaurants and shopping centers. Like any apartment, there are always a few challenges(there’s no such thing as a perfect apartment), but the team here was quick to respond.
