DO NOT MOVE HERE You will regret it. Unresponsive management. Try to request service, and they wont schedule it since they always forgot. Roaches everywhere. Broken cabinets. No response from management, since they operate the place like slumlord would. Everything is falling apart, the a/c units are about 30 years old. Broken gates too much in disrepair. DO NOT RENT HERE. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!! I’m currently a tenant here at Rancho Serene Apartments and if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m so glad my lease is almost up so I can move. Been here 2 weeks Don’t do it…. Yes the location is great but that’s it. I moved back home to vegas from out of state thinking I knew the city enough to not do an in person tour but I was mistaken because even the unit I toured the week of my move in was same as described. Seeing the HVAC units alone would have let me know not to lease here being a vegas native - if you know you know - outdated, under sized and inefficient, 10% is updated HVAC. Do NOT rent here. This apartment complex has been nothing but issues from the start. Our application took awhile to go through, our move in date got pushed back because the apartment wasn't ready. Which was a huge inconvenience to us as we were moving from out of state and couldn't change our flights. So then I had to find an airbnb that cost me $800 while we waited for our apartment to become ready. Upon moving in, every single outlet in my living room and dining room didn't work.
