We recently moved into this complex from another Irvine apartment community. Just as we loved our previous apartment, we have loved Rancho Santa Fe so far!! We want to especially praise the maintenance team, namely Evan and Antonio. Evan was helpful with post move-in requests and was so thorough and attentive to all details. I’d like to update my review: Living here has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a comfortable home quickly turned into a series of ongoing maintenance, safety, and sanitation issues that have yet to be properly addressed. Since moving in, we’ve dealt with persistent pest infestations including cockroaches, water bugs, and even rats both inside the apartment and around the complex. Visited a service disabled vet at this complex for a few minutes. Parked near his apartment where many spots were available and there were no signs related to parking. My car was towed and cost $525 to retrieve. This place does not care about their tenants and the signage is terrible.
