Visited a service disabled vet at this complex for a few minutes. Parked near his apartment where many spots were available and there were no signs related to parking. My car was towed and cost $525 to retrieve. This place does not care about their tenants and the signage is terrible.
We are very fortunate to have Abel and Armando at the Rancho Santa Fe property as the maintenance team. Both are very good at fixing stuff, they listen and offer solutions when the problem is bigger than they are.
