BEWARE: Massive decline in service, anti-EV policies, and unfair move-out charges I lived here for five years, and the experience completely deteriorated after my first year. What started as a great community has turned into a masterclass in corporate corner-cutting by the Irvine Company. It is expensive for what you get, and you are entirely left on your own. Antonio was great in timely solving our issues. He went out of his way to fix our water heater and laundry machine issue.
I am currently living at Rancho Santa Fe Apartments, and I’ve had a very positive experience with the apartment office. The staff is professional and welcoming. I especially want to recognize Antonio for his outstanding support. He is always helpful, respectful, and patient, and he truly cares about tenants and families. Antonio goes above and beyond to make sure issues are handled smoothly.
Gorgeous community with lots of amazing people. We recently had Antonio from the maintenance department come in to look at our oven. He was super respectful, prompt to diagnose the problem, very communicative on what the issue is and how long it will take to fix the issue, even ended it with asking if there's anything else we needed looked at! Great service!
