I have been extremely pleased with past experiences, but was really left down today. Had an appt at 1145, and and 1225, I called to see if they forgot me. They told me i was a "work in" appointment and they didn't know when they would be able to get us in. Just would have been nice to have been told this, rather than wasting 40 minutes in a hot car in the parking lot with no communication.
