WARNING: Severe Lack of Care and Unexpected Session Extensions I had a terrible and painful experience at this clinic. I received a cortisone injection two weeks ago and was making great progress, with only 3 physical therapy sessions left on my plan. Highly recommend Rancho Physical Therapy. All the therapist were patient and kind and described what needed to be done. They explained that the issue was strengthening my core.

Front desk staff in a physical therapy clinic are part of the healthcare experience—not just customer service personnel—and the people coming in are patients, not customers. Unlike other service settings, patients are often already in pain or dealing with difficult conditions. The way they are spoken to matters. During my visit, I was spoken to in a raised hostile voice while trying to schedule an appointment. I also observed similar behavior toward other patients and even toward PT assistants. Dr "A" and his staff are the best. They're all having a good time while helping their patients. I highly recommend these fine a caring people!

I was referred here but am having a hard time scheduling my first appointment. I called back today to follow up after not hearing back for two days. The lady I spoke to said they're busy place and that I could go elsewhere if I didnt like the speed they move at. That's probably the best advise I'll ever get from them.
