I have been here twice and both times were not pleasant, and I won't be going back. The therapist on my first visit was very inexperienced and at the end of our visit, he gave me a print out of exercises to do. He was not personable, and I found out after that he was a student. He should have identified himself as such. My second visit I was hopeful and anxious to get started with actual therapy. I showed up right on time and the window to the front desk was closed. My experience with Rancho Physical Therapy was great. They have a phenomenal team and helped me get better. I definitely would love to come back here someday if needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs physical therapy.
Had such a great experience for my dad with Dr Abtin and Ranjeet at the front. Such great explanation on what my dad was feeling and what he needed. Other PT offices don’t take the time to educate their patients, we trust everything Dr abtin has recommended and feel like the care was truly personal. Ranjeet was so helpful in making sure my dad got in with Dr Abtin as soon as possible since he was in so much pain. We are so thankful we found this location ! The patient education portion was golden !
