new mngmnt is HORRRIBLE & RUDE!! maintenance requests sit for months (3 & counting to be exact). They promise one thing and dont deliver, have to get out of here. I'm not gonna keep paying abt $1000 in rent to not have constant hot water, no closet use now that its broken, electric outlets spark, drawers that always fall apart, a stove that only has 2 properly functioning burners, and a dish washer that has not ever worked properly. somehow they lost work orders and wait till u let them know legally your gong to break a leas... read more
