Not worth the price. Looks better on paper than reality. Gate is always unlocked and cars constantly broken into. Management not helpful and not willing to resolve repeated issues. Nothing ever gets fixed 100%...if maintenance comes requests are 25% fixed causing multiple future requests for same issue.
Looks nice on the outside, but beware all the security risks! We lived there for 6 months and moved because it just isn't safe! Several break-ins, police chases in the night and their night time on-residence police officer's phone number was disconnected when I tried to call. Their security gates NEVER work, either.
