I lived in this apartment for about 5 months, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the very first day I moved in, I found both live and dead cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Throughout my entire stay, the issue never improved despite multiple pest control visits, including fog treatment. I love Murietta at ASU! The location is great. The Manager Dalia and Assistant Manager Angel are always so nice to speak with whenever I'm in the office. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a home
I really wanted to love living here — and for a while, I did. The location is amazing, and that’s honestly the best part of this place. Unfortunately, the management and upkeep have been really disappointing. After moving out, I was charged for a replacement microwave that was damaged from normal wear and tear, even though they’re already keeping my deposit. Living at Murietta ASU has been one of the worst experiences. The maintenance guy, Dawny, is a scammer and a creep. He demanded money for maintenance work that should have been covered, stalked my apartment, and shockingly, even took pictures of my family on his phone without permission. That’s invasive and completely unacceptable. He also ran to the leasing office with false claims that I had extra people living with me.
