I really wanted to love living here — and for a while, I did. The location is amazing, and that’s honestly the best part of this place. Unfortunately, the management and upkeep have been really disappointing. After moving out, I was charged for a replacement microwave that was damaged from normal wear and tear, even though they’re already keeping my deposit. Living at Murietta ASU has been one of the worst experiences. The maintenance guy, Dawny, is a scammer and a creep. He demanded money for maintenance work that should have been covered, stalked my apartment, and shockingly, even took pictures of my family on his phone without permission. That’s invasive and completely unacceptable. He also ran to the leasing office with false claims that I had extra people living with me. Nice, quiet, and safe community. This well-kept home offers ample space with bright common areas, comfortable bedrooms, and lots of storage. It’s just minutes from the university, with easy access to transit, bike routes, and everyday essentials like groceries, cafés, and parks. Lived here for 3 years. Front office is filled with reasonable people. Location is excellent. Maintenance is responsive. Would still be there if I could be.
