This was one of the worst leasing experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I had already toured this community once and came back a second time because a unit had become available. Nice staff , peaceful area and good neighbors the only issue is the roach infestation I’m going through. Already asked the office maybe 3 or times for an exterminator.. but that isn’t fixing the problem.
thank you for the free education on becoming a roach exterminator when I lived here last year… I caught hundreds of roaches the first month with a roach motel and various concoctions of poison that I learned from the depths of reddit but after that it was a fine place to live if you’re willing to do the work to get rid of roaches then live here I spent many sleepless nights and never want to deal with it again
Do Not Move Here. The front office doesnt care if tenants harass other tenants. My family member lives here and their upstairs neighbor harass them everyday. The front office continues to ignore their complaints. At this point they want to move because the office refuses to step in. Do Not Live Here.
I lived in this apartment for about 5 months, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the very first day I moved in, I found both live and dead cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Throughout my entire stay, the issue never improved despite multiple pest control visits, including fog treatment.
