Management isn't great not really friendly.. gym and everything else opens at 8 am for some reason and not earlier. Also the gym is so small and is closed randomly on sundays. AC doesn't work effectively in summers for Arizona weather
I lived here last year. There were some pros and some cons. Summary if you don’t want to read my long review. Pros: good location, semi central to everything; maintenance is efficient and quick; the size of the apartments is huge; I never had a pest problem. Cons: The moving in process was, to mildly put it, beyond frustrating; the front office never answers their phones; do NOT get packages delivered to the front desk or there’s a 75% chance they’ll disappear. Another update: finally moved out. Scheduled for a move out inspection and the inspector did not show up. They never asked for a reschedule and just charged me $$$. Nevertheless, I’m glad that i moved out I will make this as short as possible. No email was sent out regarding moving out or the prorated rent amount, thus I came in the office to check, twice. I'm certainly saddened by the loss of Donnie. His loss has greatly left a void in the maintenance and management crew. It saddens me that I must write this review. I believe I have been more than patient since this incident occurred on May 29th 2024. My apartment has been infested with Roaches, since a flood happened in my apartment from the empty apartment upstairs. Apparently the maintenance crew left water running somewhere upstairs, enough that it flooded my downstairs apartment. Water was coming from the ceiling, the wa... read more
Our drier was old and broke down multiple times but Donny did a great job fixing and then replacing the dryer as soon as the new one was available. Maintenance is always quick here
