I lived here for about a year and a half and had a great time liviing here. The community is very safe, quiet and conveniently located. Very close to ASU. I also had a great experience with management (particularly Dalia and Angel who were very helpful). Highly recommend this property to anyone studying/working at ASU.
Extremely bad move out experience!! FUTURE RESIDENTS BEWARE!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR REALPAGE DEPOSIT SCAM!! At the time of signing the lease they informed us that we could opt out of paying the one-month rent security deposit and instead pay a non-refundable security deposit of $33 every month. We were informed by Stephanie (who was working at the leasing office then) that this is like a security deposit except that it is non-refundable. Management isn't great not really friendly.. gym and everything else opens at 8 am for some reason and not earlier. Also the gym is so small and is closed randomly on sundays. AC doesn't work effectively in summers for Arizona weather
