JoAnn got my car diagnosed immediately Monday afternoon when I brought it into Rancho Motors with the Check Engine light on, as well as the Service Tire Monitor was on. I was kept updated by JoAnn on the work that was needed to be done as well as the progress. The Electronic Control Module and Ignition Switch were replaced. At a later date I will replace the Sensor for the tire monitor. Thank you for another great experience at Rancho Motors!
I was skeptical at first about shopping at a bigger car dealership because of my lower credit score and pretty solid knowing of where I needed my car payment to be but Daniel and the guys at Rancho Motors understood that and took care of me and got me the car I needed for my growing family.
Went in last night to look at cars, Mike L. was are salesman, He was knowledgeable and answers all our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we got into the right vehicle, that would fit our needs and the pocketbook ;-) We have purchased many vehicles from different car dealers, and Rancho Motors was by far the best experience I have ever had.
