I was met by Wendy Martin at the door and she was extremely nice, energetic and enthused to show me around. She knew details about the vehicle I wanted and was able to compare it other vehicles. She even offered solutions to getting the vehicle to my house due to me driving my old vehicle in. Overall a good experience.

Went to Victorville today to test drive several different cars from many manufacturers. After careful consideration it was Rancho Motor's great customer service that won the day! Our salesman Wesley was very helpful in making our decision today we came home with a new Malibu! Also thanks Jack and James for working your magic to help make this happen! Your customer service today was 100% and blew the other guys out of the water! p.s. Don't forget the list Jack!

Ordered a turbo clamp on Saturday it’s been 4 days, still haven’t received my part!! They said it would be there Tuesday, called and it wasn’t there. Told me it would for sure be in Wednesday, called again and it’s not there again!!!!
