The service Dept. is terrible. I've spent over $1500.00 here on wheel alignment, balance, brakes- rotors(twice), all to fix a vibration in the steering when braking at freeway speeds. I took my Cadillac CTS to another dealer, and they fixed it the first time and put in writing what Rancho Motors did wrong. I've filed a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, see you in court Rancho.
Thank you Rancho motors for helping me get my car. The sales rep Efrain answered all my question along with giving me details I didnt think to ask would highly recommend going in and talking to him.
I went to Rancho Motors on Saturday and bought myself a 2015 Chevy Cruze and the dealer named Mathew was super helpful always go to him he'll hook you up.

My son bought his new car today! The 7th car bought from Rancho Motors within our family! We are always very pleased with their Customer service. Excellent customer service, excellent experience and excellent professionalism. Ask for Javier Bacerra. Javier helped me out greatly! He worked hard to get me the car and financing i needed without any kind of pressuring at all!. My situation was tough and even if it took a couple of days he did not quit. Best sales experience I've had.
