Lovely place to live, prompt and polite technicians (shout out to Danny), and a short distance from the park. Only annoyance was during our renewal, the office personnel lacked much room to negotiate (even when comparable units were less expensive) and we had to switch within the community to keep a good rate. Would recommend.
The Rancho Monterey Apartments Maintenance team is excellent. Stephanie and her team are quick to respond to maintenance requests. A special thank you to Vincent and Armando who have gone above and beyond keeping our home safe and in working order. In addition, Armando has continued to provided exceptional service from small to big projects while training a new employee. Excellent work everyone I look forward to the new year!
Daytime noise from golfers and nighttime noise from upstairs neighbor (apartment 181) forced me and my roommate to move to another apartment in the same community. Great management team here, no doubt about that. Would love to continue living here.
