I’ve resided in this community for a few years and received over 40 violations for discriminating and illegal reasons. I’m disabled and being discriminated by park management. I’m selling my home and the park manager is unethically denying each buyer. She recently told my potential buyer my home is over priced and she will never sign off on me leaving. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase in this community. You will lose every penny of equity.
