Recent management company installed Red Fire lanes throughout the park and have threatened Mobile home owners that their vehicles and their visitors to have their cars towed away and they have done this. They said they were complying with State law but a lawyer said that is not based on the law but was their own choice. There have been a number of draconian changes that have made it difficult to live in the park and I have lived in the park for about 30 years. Currently I would not recommend moving into the park 🙃.

Ranchview Mobile Estates is the name of this park (not rancho). There is very limited parking, up to 2 vehicles per carport. No visitor or guest parking. Single space rent has increased by about on average $150 over 10 years. The owners pass their part of the property fees and taxes on to the tenants. Current Management once evicted a disabled man with MS, because he failed to trim an enormous Mulberry tree in his yard and he could not get rid of unwanted guests who had taken over his home. She's a very rude lady!! Would NOT recommend living here. She says big dogs aren't allowed yet EVERYBODY AND THEIR BROTHER HAS A BIG DOG HERE 🙄😤 Clearly there's favoritism. At its finest.
