Kelly and Chuck are good guys who communicated with me throughout the process of the repair. I had a broken A/C that ended up being more complicated than what was originally thought. My favorite part is when I came to pick up the car and Chuck told me he wasn't satisfied with the work and felt the air wasn't blowing cold enough, so he would keep working on it. This is a great, reliable and affordable place. As a woman I get taken advantage of at car places, not here. The owner John and his employee Kelly took their time with me explaining anything I needed. They were nice, respectful, helpful, professional and patient with me. They're prices were great (I shopped around). I highly recommend going here to everyone!
Recently went to RM to service my vehicle and found out Mike sold the business; this mechanic shop is the most trust worthy place I've ever been to and I was dumbfounded to see it change ownership.
