They cancel over and over again due to staffing or missing supplies/medication. They tell you one time to be there and then you hear the opposite from another employee.. I’ve never experienced such a complete lack of care and professionalism from a medical facility. Truly disgraceful.
I guess dr. Did good job on biopsy but uncaring, lacking compassion on all 3. Dr and 2 helpers . I thought at least 1 of them had human compassion but I looked up at her and she rolled her eyes to the other helper across bed from her. I told them I needed them to get that rag off my nose and mouth bc I was already nervous and very claustrophobic so that rag was effecting my breathing. I had an excellent experience today for two reasons: (1) I went to the wrong office but they were kind and somehow were able to book me at the Rancho Mirage location instead of the Palm Springs location, while I waited maybe 15 mins. (2) And, the mammo tech was great — it went by quickly and efficiently.
The staff in RM are very good, however Terrible phone service, nearly impossible to get my test results and many hours wasted on the phone. Cannot recommend.
Wonderful experience! My technician was kind and thorough. The place was very busy but the wait was minimal and the staff were helpful and efficient! Highly recommend!
