I am a Kaiser patient and we are limited to medical facilities out in the Coachella area. So we have to use contracted office. Every single time I have used you it has been the worst experience ever. Cancelling my appointment. Scheduling the wrong procedure. Being told it is an open MRI, but then it isnt. I have extreme clostraphobia so I need to take medication prior. Why is it that everytime there is an issue? I do not need unnecesary stress you have caused me.
Such a great experience if you’re going for the first time. From the Receptionists to the Technicians they all are so kind,patient and friendly.
