I am writing this review to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the appalling level of service provided by the management team during my lease renewal process. My renewal quote for a 12-month lease was completely out of line with current market rates, which I proved to the management on multiple occasions. I have been a resident at Rancho Mirage Apartments for nearly five years, and Greystar has been the best management company I’ve experienced. The staff is consistently professional, whether communicating by phone or in person, and maintenance requests are addressed quickly and efficiently. My experience living here has been positive because of their responsiveness and customer service.
Some apartments have amazing views to the Lake. This Apartment Complex is very quiet and clean, Management is always engaged in the well being of the tenants and their guests, we have no issues with Parking, People here is very respectful, and front desk staff are amazing, they will always help you on any issues you may have with the apartment and Maintenance are professional and prompt to assist with any issues you might have, as long as you send out a work order. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They know these units/buildings are infested with roaches and are still letting people move in without fixing the problem. Pest control and maintenance said the whole complex is bad along with Irving in general for certain reasons. Telling the office after you move in there’s roaches they provide no solution besides saying “pest control comes Wednesday”. Moved in 1/23 and the issue is just getting worse despite my efforts to try and fix it. Pest control didn’t spray the unit last week because our cat, but I... read more
1-star review (would give 0 if possible) As a new resident, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before leasing at Rancho Mirage. I moved in on March 19 and was only allowed to see the apartment through a virtual tour before move-in. On move-in day, I discovered serious issues that should have been addressed long before a new resident took possession. From the first day, there was a significant cockroach problem in the apartment.
