DO NOT MOVE HERE. They know these units/buildings are infested with roaches and are still letting people move in without fixing the problem. Pest control and maintenance said the whole complex is bad along with Irving in general for certain reasons. Telling the office after you move in there’s roaches they provide no solution besides saying “pest control comes Wednesday”. 1-star review (would give 0 if possible) As a new resident, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before leasing at Rancho Mirage. I moved in on March 19 and was only allowed to see the apartment through a virtual tour before move-in. On move-in day, I discovered serious issues that should have been addressed long before a new resident took possession. From the first day, there was a significant cockroach problem in the apartment.
