Very nice and helpful and always one step ahead
Great staff on the day I visited, and they worked me in without an appointment despite being busy. Apartments were nice, at least the two - 2 bedrooms I looked at were. They are on my short list of potential places to move.
Our truck was stolen yesterday from our carport.. we go into the office no cameras no help.. GATE IS OPEN 24/7.. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS WE ONLY HAVE 3 months living here 3!! Stay away ! And go somewhere your belongings will be safe ! They send us an email gate will get fix but of course not.. we have “amenity’s” but can only access during office hours.. when we first moved in probably took them a good 3 weeks to get my mail box key and that’s because I had to be on top of it as well as it did when I needed some ... read more
I was patient with the complex on many developing issues, such as lack of communication, but this was the final straw. DAY ONE, just signed my lease and there is a giant flood in my apartment by night time, after already moving me from a previous unit I signed a lease on for a similar issue. I absolutely do not recommend living here to anyone.
DONT RENT HERE, management is constantly changing, they don’t listen to renters and lie. Roaches and bugs everywhere, mold, water damage, the people here don’t clean and neither do some of the people they rent to (walks ways just filled food and dead animals). Will take your deposit and not give it back. Wanted to give the place the benefit of doubt because management was constantly changing but they’re clearly just slum lords and take advantage of people.
