What attracted me the most here is its excellent location. It is close to the highway and just minutes from all the shopping centers. The complex is beautifully landscaped and very well cared for. It has a moderate sized pool and spa and an excerise room. It also has ample parking for residents and guests. HOWEVER, I was very disappointed by the inferior materials that were used in the conversion. The model home that I was shown had much better materials.
