New patient to rancho family Medical but not for very long Twice now twice now they miscommunicated regarding blood tests at a diagnostics place said electronically it would be sent there I make an appointment with Quest I sit there and wait two times,the information provided by the doctor's office is incorrect. Everyone is titled to their opinion. So here's mine. To me, I think one of the staff members seems to have a no Brainer along with her attitude, and this human being is Norma. When I went up to the front to pick up a note, she didn't greet me she looked like she didn't want to be bothered. When she hands me, I tell her thank you because I'm polite she handed me the note, and she didn't say anything back. That was rude. I heard she isn't likeable she's mean to the patients and thats not professional and people have complained... read more
