Celine was truly amazing during the six weeks of roof construction and interior sprinkler replacements. She took the time to meet with us weeks before everything started, clearly explaining the timeline and being upfront about the noise and disruptions we should expect. When we had to relocate to a day suite for a week, she stayed in close communication and made the whole situation feel manageable. We’re so grateful for her kindness, transparency, and steady support throughout the entire process.

Wanted to acknowledge Celine. Very professional and exceptionally helpful during the roof replacement. Always listened to our conversation and answered questions quickly. We felt like we had a true advocate. We absolutely picked the right apartments to rent at. Feel like we finally came home mostly due to Celine.
The maintenance team is always great. Today Abel replaced a broken faucet and even changed other parts he noticed needed replacing. Super friendly, super fast and even offered to put everything back under the sink after completing the work! Thanks Abel!
