Do you notice all the 5 star reviews? Well whenever you need a maintenance issue resolved, they leave a card saying, if you liked the repairs please rate our maitenance team 5 star reviews. So now, there is a ton of reviews at 5 stars because the reviewer wants to be kind to the maintenance crew, but it does not reflect the actual living conditions here. My brother lives here and I visit often. All I can say is to not trust the 5 star reviews. They use maintenance staff to guilt people into rating high scores. Scary how they can result to this scam method to inflate their scores....

I have lived here for 3 years now, and everyone has been so wonderful. The few times that I have had maintenance requests, the staff has responded extremely quick. I am very satisfied with the Rancho Mariposa team.
I am absolutely in love with our residence. We've been living here for more than two years now, and I must say, everything is just perfect. The pool and gym are always impeccably clean, the landscape is well-maintained, and our neighbors are very considerate, making it a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Moreover, the maintenance crew is incredibly prompt in addressing any concerns we may have. I am also grateful for the nearby parks that offer a great place for our kids to have fun.
