I have had the best living experience here. Been here 4 years going on 5 with recently renewing the lease. The maintenance staff is incredible from how prompt they respond to maintaince request to how they treat the tenants and living quarters. Specifically Enrique has show great character in not doing the bare minimum but going above and beyond for the living experience of the tenants here.
Celine was truly amazing during the six weeks of roof construction and interior sprinkler replacements. She took the time to meet with us weeks before everything started, clearly explaining the timeline and being upfront about the noise and disruptions we should expect. When we had to relocate to a day suite for a week, she stayed in close communication and made the whole situation feel manageable. We’re so grateful for her kindness, transparency, and steady support throughout the entire process.
