Maintenance is amazing! Evan in particular with our HVAC issue was super cool, upbeat, and made sure the issue was fixed after doing multiple troubleshooting!
5/11/26 - Over 5 days now and no updates on our bathroom ceiling leak. The 2nd floor bathroom caused a flood of water to flow through the ceiling in our bathroom. Currently have a dehumidifier running 24 hrs a days and no word on status of repairs or if we will receive any compensation and who is paying my electric bill. Very disappointed how this is being handled as my previous experiences have been positive .

Been renting at Rancho Maderas for 9 yrs or so. They do a great job. The Maintenance Team is super friendly and do good work. Repairs are done right away. Enrique and Jose are always pleasant and professional.
I love the apartment. But I wasn’t told the parking was only 3 cars. Now I have trouble commuting. What should I do. Confused. Any suggestions?
