Been renting at Rancho Maderas for 9 yrs or so. They do a great job. The Maintenance Team is super friendly and do good work. Repairs are done right away. Enrique and Jose are always pleasant and professional.
I love the apartment. But I wasn’t told the parking was only 3 cars. Now I have trouble commuting. What should I do. Confused. Any suggestions?
The maintenance team at Rancho Santa Fe is great. Antonio had assessed the problems with our dishwasher in a previous maintenance visit, and determined that it needed to be replaced. In a day or two, Armando arrived with the new dishwasher and skillfully installed it. He took the time to check to be sure everything was working correctly. Thanks so much to both of you. We love our new dishwasher! Great job, Maintenance team!!
