Rancho Luna is great. Love the staff, love the amenities, love the location. In addition, as a person with a disability, they’ve been very accommodating and willing to help with various requests. Unfortunately, at lease renewal time, they jacked up the price by nearly $150, saying that they were offering a good deal. Two weeks after renewal, I go on the site just to see that similar units to mine were up for less than what I am being charged. Maintenance requests were promptly responded. Staffs here are nice. The wash machine is like the product of 20 century, and it torn my hoodies.

The area itself is nice and convenient, however it is also highly prone to crime, and management does little to address ongoing issues. My vehicle was broken into and vandalized multiple times as well as many other vehicles in and around the parking lot. Despite multiple reports, management ignored concerns and failed to take any action to improve security. Instead, after my car was left up on bricks, they sent out a general email about parking policies rather than addressing the real issue. The one bright spot of my experie... read more
