I have been trying to make an appointment since Friday, but the phone has been busy all week. However, the staff and the service provided is great.
I have been going to the Rancho family medical groups for a few years and never had an issue with them until recently when they changed providers. Their customer service is terrible, I can never reach them through a phone call and quite frankly I’m getting fed up with their bs half the time. I would not recommend this medical group to anyone.
They always hve a 15 person call wait. I was waiting on the phone for an hour and then it hit. 4:30 and they hung up on me because their office closed. I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY I WAS TREATED.
