I would not visit this location again I had labs 11 days ago. Still not uploaded to my chart. Some abnormal labs found. I reviewed and diagnosed myself through Quest. Nurse practitioner here does not return messages or review labs apparently. I normally go to the Temecula office and the doctors and staff are terrific there. Now I need to print my labs and take it to urgent care so I can start antibiotics before it turns to sepsis. Horrible care.
Terrible experience with NP Desirae Segura. Went in for a normal check up and although she seemed cold with her interactions with me, she recommended I do blood work and a mammogram. The nurses at Radnet (breastlink) called me to reschedule the mammogram because NP Segura needed to sign off on additional exams needed due to finding a concern. A huge shoutout to Alessandra, medical assistant. I had some issues with getting a referral in place. She patiently heard me out, proactively took this concern to the doctor and called me back within a few minutes. Great service with a great attitude!!
Nice staff but no follow through with paperwork. They forgot to submitt my medications to the pharmacy which took 3 days to resolve, and they never submitted my disability paperwork. Its been a week now with no call backs and nothing has been resolved. When I call it goes to a main branch and they promise I will get a call back that never happens.
The dr. I feel did the bare minimum, barely asked me any questions to know my history as a patient. Didn’t really explain my lab results. Then I messaged her on MyChart with concerns about medication she (dr. Brewer) put be on and she never messaged back. I’m currently on hold trying to call the office and have not been able to get ahold of them and this is my second attempt where after waiting 20 mins on hold I’m giving up.
