Customer service was great initially before closing. But the house was sloppy and cheap and work was done terribly and lots of short cuts. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. My inspector specifically said Desert View homes has the most violations of any other builder hes ever inspected. They are trying to blame me for the floors coming up, except, they were like this and already peeling up before I ever even moved a single item into the home. They are a joke. Already filed complaint with attorney general.

LONG BUT VERY TRANSPARENT REVIEW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working with this builder on a new build OR buying a house of theirs at all. We bought a new build from them in 2022. We needed a quick close, so did not go through the building process but instead bought a house that had just been finished. We bought at Desert View in 2021, since then I been noticing that the homes are poorly built, the latest one is the kitchen faucet, which will take anyone half an hour to change, but not me we have been struggling for ten hours to take it out, after so many hours of work we realized that the brain master Plummer they hired to do the pluming had solder the faucet to the sink and to change a simple faucet you have to replace the sink too… and is not only me neighbors I been asking have or had the same problem also the plumbing... read more
