On January 20th, I called my insurance company to file a grievance against Rancho Dental Group as a result of a bill that had no explanation of what I was being charged for, repeatedly kept getting mailed to my home. My insurance company indicated that this office did NOT submit a claim to them from my November visit which explains why I paid so much out-of-pocket at the time of my visit. This place is well known for over billing in RSM, on of the worse reputations on the internet, check Yelp and Google, There service is 💩 and their ability to handle your information, billing and data is also 💩.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a dentist office. Be prepared to wait for extended periods and not be notified of any delays. Unfortunately I have had multiple bad experiences with the front desk staff and with each encounter it only gets worse. Having the last word should never be a priority for a customer service or front desk employee. The dentists, oral surgeons and orthodontists are great so it is unfortunate that they have front desk staff who’s lack of customer service reflects poorly on their business.
