Great Complex, gated, well priced, centrally located & lots of amenities for the HOA! I've sold countless condos here and the new homeowners always tell me how much they love it.
Great area, HOA is tbe reason for the 1 star
Nice quiet and always well kept
The HOA has not put us in the safelist account for patrol one. Our cars have been towed 4 times now (over $1500 in towing fees) we contact the equity management company daily , and they always say they will call us back. The HOA refuses to contact us, and they are never available when we call. We have spoken with the emergency line, patrol one, and the tow company.
