The manager, Kelly is an admitted dry addict. She lies, steals and has turned this park in a trailer trash meca for her kind.
Absolutely awful place. I would really do my research before I would move in. The manager Kelly is absolutely awful, she has terrible bed side manner. While we were trying to sell my grandfathers place she was extremely rude and acted completely unprofessional when we would call during normal business hours. The owner is rude and very impatient. The only real amenities is the pool and spa which my grandfather never used. There are better/cleaner senior living spots in the county I would suggest you check them out first.
Very poor management and amenities are not guaranteed unless verified by the owner. rules and times change without warning. try elsewhere to buy if possible. Politically charged and very bad communications. NO compromise on anything.
Poor communication, left many messages, and went in to talk to the manager on site but never there. Asking 4 times the amount of rent when they should be only doing 3.
