Rancho De Luna is very quiet, nice place to live. There is an onsite police officer and the manager here cares about the residents here.
I went to go see these apartments recently and I would not recommend this place to anyone. First of all, the apartment manager did not seem to know what she was doing. She seemed to be strung out on something from the way she was talking with a cigarette in her mouth. Her assistant was more concerned about touching up the makeup on her face. I agree with the previous posting about the "manager" here. I have lived here for a little while and have had problems with appliances and the air conditioning. Needless to say I am still having problems. I have tried talking to the manager here and she doesnt seen the least bit concerned with my problems at all. When I follow up with the maintenance man here, he has no idea about the issue since she never informed him. The only thing shes cares about are the 2 packs of cigarettes she smokes a day.
