. After receiving poor service from a server, I contacted the owner and heard back from him immediately. He was so nice and very apologetic and invited my family back for a complimentary dinner. Great food and A+ Customer Service. Thank you!
Family favorite for mexican food My family has been enjoying this resturant since it opened in Tequesta. The food is very good, the price is right and the chips/salsa is out of this world. The only cons are , its servers can get overwhelmed when it gets busy and the A/C can not keep up w/demand at times making it very warm inside.
DIRTY...RECYCLED SALSA - WATCH OUT My family and I visted this restaurant last week (the one on Indiantown)- we have been here a few times and also regularly go to the one in Tequesta. I was dimayed and disgusted when, after several requests for mild salsa, (they kept erroneously bringing out spicy) the waitress spoke to the salsa man in spanish and then proceeded to take the salsa from our table (which we were tasting to see if it was spicy) and give it to another table of people. Rancho Chico is a Fantastic Mexican Restaurant! This place is very authentic. Most of the servers and chefs are from Mexico. It has a nice ambiance. The servers are cheerful and friendly. The food is fantastic. There is a wide selection on the menu from seafood to steak, chicken to pork, and much more. The value is incredible! I like to order from the combination platters. A group of us frequent the restaurant in Tequesta, at least, 12 times annually and aggregately spend well over $1,000.00. We had a rather unpleasant experience with the manager on 2/8/11. After ordering our meals, two members of the group noted there was very little sour cream with the fajita orders. When we requested more they quickly brought it out.
