This was my first visit with a hygienist here for cleaning. It was professionally done and everything about the condition of my teeth and gums was well explained. My only complaint is that at the end of the session I was asked if I wanted a fluoride treatment...that it was recommended for people with crowns. I accepted it and wasn't told until I was checking out that this service isn't covered by insurance and it would be an additional $20+. I may or may not have gotten the treatment. I had a crown put on the other day. I really appreciate the fact that this is no longer a two visit trip, one for the temporary and one for the finished crown. It all happens in one visit of a couple hours. If time is your concern, RB Dental Arts uses the latest technology to recreate your original tooth and makes the crown right in their offices. I've had two crowns done using this technology and have never had a problem either time.
