I'm sooooooo happy with my new smile. Dr K warned me that I might experience some discomfort of sensitivity to hot and cold. That has not occurred. Not a big deal, but I was surprised to to be told that the 10% discount agreed to beforehand was changed to 8% if I used my credit card. That change was not on the Treatment plan I reviewed before the appointment when you attempted to process my credit card but the machine was not operating.
Your rates are too high for most of my friends, otherwise I would.
Have been happy with you for 38 years. Wish you were on my dental insurance plan, Grace explained the importance of dental hygene very well.
As usual, my visit was an excellent experience. It is just my second visit and I could not be happier with my choice of dentist!
