I interacted with Amy and Pam. Amy is always very easy to talk with and is very cordial and is even willing to discuss families, etc. This is especially great as we approach the holiday season. Pam and I have similar interests with respect to hiking and the outdoors. These make great topics to break the ice before charging off to actually do the hygiene work.
