I called the apartment manager at Ranchitos Village and I had to call three times, each time the lady on her end kept hanging up on me. When speaking to her she was very rude and act like she didn't want to answer my questions. At the end of the call she says to me you guys have called three times in the row and kept hanging up, I say to her no that was on your end, but I am sorry, then she proceeded to say well you need to do something to fix it, I explained to her again it wasn't my end.
