We had an unpleasant experience at Ranchito Grill yesterday and almost walked out without ordering. They told me the change was made by the new owner, who isn't as generous as the previous owner. I still don't fully understand the new policy, but this is what happened. I went in for my birthday. Ranchito Grill's website says there is a $10 discount on your birthday. I love this place excellent food!
We had a party of 5 and our experience was less than satisfying. We waited a long time to order then even longer for food and when food was delivered only have our party was served and had to wait over 10/ 15 minutes for the other half of our party to be served. The flour tortillas were aweful (used to be the best) and the carne asada was tough. I don’t know who is running this place anymore but definitely will not be returning. Use to be our favorite restaurants but will be finding a new one.
